Is it necessary to create a user account to apply for fuel cards?
No, a user account is not required. Please use the contact form or send an email to service@bollinger-schillhorn.com to apply for your fuel contract and fuel cards.
Are there any fees for the fuel cards?
There are no fees for applying for and issuing the fuel contract and fuel cards.

What is the procedure after applying for one or more fuel cards?
We will be happy to create your fuel card(s) and PIN(s) and enter them into our systems. The card will then be sent by post to the address provided. Please note that the card will remain blocked until we receive confirmation of receipt. The card will then be unblocked and you will be informed.
How many failed attempts are allowed before the card is blocked?
Your card will be blocked after three incorrect PIN entries. Please contact service@bollinger-schillhorn.com to have it reactivated.
